Cancellation Policy
Here’s all we ask of you:
At least 48 hours notice for cancellations and changes.
Please show up at least 5 minutes early.
Text us when you arrive for your appointment.
Your appointment time is reserved for you and no one else. So when you don’t show up, you miss out, someone else who could have had your spot misses out, and your esthetician misses out. It’s a lose-lose situation for everyone involved.
Here’s what happens:
Same day cancellation and/or rescheduling will be charged 100% of the fee based on the type of appointment that was booked on the card on file.
If you totally skip out on us and don’t show up at all, we will charge you 100% of the appointment on the card on file.
Of course we understand that things do come up, so please let us know. We will provide all of our clients with a courtesy confirmation email and a text 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee you will receive these reminders. So please write down your appointment or put it in your phone to help you remember.
