Book an Appointment

We strongly recommend that you book an appointment in advance to ensure the best availability . Most services can be accommodated with same day appointments, so please don’t hesitate to text or book online, even if it’s at the last minute. We will always do our best to fit you in!

• Appointments can be booked 24 hours a day online by using the “Book Now” button.

• Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time for check in.

• You have a 3 minute grace period to arrive. If you are late, you will be cancelled and pay 100% of your booked services according to the Late/Cancellation Policy (see below).

• By booking an appointment online you give us permission to store your information - don’t worry, we NEVER EVER share your data with anyone.

Cancellation Policy

Here’s all we ask of you:

• At least 48 hours notice for cancellations and changes.

• Please show up at least 5 minutes early.

• Text us when you arrive for your appointment.

Your appointment time is reserved for you and no one else. So when you don’t show up, you miss out, someone else who could have had your spot misses out, and your esthetician misses out. It’s a lose-lose situation for everyone involved. 

Here’s what happens:

• Same day cancellation and/or rescheduling will be charged 100% of the fee based on the type of appointment that was booked on the card on file.

• If you totally skip out on us and don’t show up at all, we will charge you 100% of the appointment on the card on file.

Of course we understand that things do come up, so please let us know. We will provide all of our clients with a courtesy confirmation email and a text 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee you will receive these reminders. So please write down your appointment or put it in your phone to help you remember.
